Our KBSG series flameproof dry-type transformers are built inside a welded steel Ex d enclosure with corrugated walls that withstand internal explosion pressure and prevent flame propagation, rated for gassy coal mine environments.
The KBSGZY mobile substation integrates the flameproof transformer with HV load switch and LV feeder protection on a skid-mounted frame with wheels — move it with the longwall face as your mine advances. Capacities from 50 kVA to 4000 kVA at 6 kV / 10 kV primaries.
