Rendering Not every mining load sits in a gassy atmosphere. The KSG serves surface plant, shafts and non-gassy sections where oil is unwelcome but Ex certification is not required. A dry-type construction removes the fire load, and the windings tolerate the frequent direct-on-line starting that conveyors and crushers impose.
